When Admit category = N (newborn) and diagnosis code B95.6 with Diagnosis type 1 was used the following edits did not generate
10 02 81 If the diagnosis is valid for use with type 3 on the diagnosis validation table (a value of 3 in the diagnosis type code column), the diagnosis type MUST be 3 or

When Two Intervention Occurrences were entered with the same start date and both occurrences had start/end times as unknown the following edit did not generate:

11 01 05 If the Intervention Location Code is 01 or 08 and the first character of the status attribute is not A (abandoned) and the intervention code is not 'CANCELLED' and the OOH indicator is not Y, the same Intervention Episode Start Date with the same Intervention Episode Start Time must not be repeated on the same abstract

Initial entry for Entry code = N and Diagnosis code = Z380*. After save the Entry code was changed to D and an edit did not generate to prevent Z380* value being submitted which resulted in this error from CIHI:

10 02 53: The age, in years, must fall within the minimum and maximum ages of the appropriate diagnosis validation table for the diagnosis code.    On the validation table a 000 minimum age indicates no lower limit. a 130 maximum age indicates no upper limit and a 000 maximum age indicates entry code must be newborn (N) or stillbirth (S)

Entry code must = N to use Z380*, Z383*, Z386*

This issue has been resolved.

The Room Unit field value will now copy from the L-0A into theL-01 when the user creates the L-01 from WinRecs.

Locked records from other periods were triggering the locked record message when submissions were being run.  This has now been fixed and only records from the period being selected for submission where there are locked records will trigger this message. 

After importing the 2025 NACRS Rejection File and running the I10_AmcareCIHI_Error Report the error descriptions were missing on the report.  The 2025 error descriptions have been updated and included in this release.
