The count displayed on the main grid will now reflect the total number of line entries within the multiform.

WinRecs was incorrectly calculating transfer service days - the calculation is now working correclty.  

CoderNumber, CoderName, and Hospital fields have been added to the Sec_LoginAudit_VR view.

When running a report using the ReIOIUpdateHistory_VR, the UpdateCoder field was showing blank. This view has been corrected, and the coder information will now populate.

CareType has been added to the 10_AbstractingBasic1_VR.

When using the I10_AbstactingRecordKey_VR the AdmitNurseAreaUnitLoc and DischargeNurseAreaUnitLoc fields no longer displays blank.

A new view called Rehab_ByElementID_VR is available in this release.

The Batch Number in I10_Submission_VR was not populating in Crystal reports.  This will now display.  

When using Abstract Queue and selecting a single date range,at times the Date To would reset to today’s date. An additional fix has beenput in place to prevent this from occurring.

When creating Contact Information Files for NRS and MHRS, errors will now generate if there are mandatory fields not filled out.

A change has been made for a user profile setting when it is not set to not allow new records to be created by a user. Now when a user clicks the new button, they will receive a pop up asking them if they would like to save the current record they are in. In addition, the current record being worked on will remain loaded when the prompt is completed. 

R2 Residential Living Status After discharge = 16 (deceased) and R3 Home Care Services Scheduled at Discharge = 0 the following incorrect edit was generating:

Home Care Services scheduled at discharge if person is deceased (R2 = 16) then person cannot have Home Care Services scheduled at discharge (R3 = 0 or blank).

This edit will now only generate if R3 = 1.

When sending in Discharge Tracking assessments to CIHI, records were getting rejected stating “Data element is not applicable for this assessment type.” This has been corrected, and the submission will send in NULL instead of 0.

RUG-IIII-Plus Grouper newest methodology is included in this release. Sites should regroup all assessments to apply newest methodology.

When changing a First Assessment to a Return Assessment link to a DC first, the encounter number gets changed to the one associated with the previous visit. Assessments can now be linked to a previous encounter while keeping the current encounter number.

The following changes were made to the IRRS Submission Viewer Error Display:

1) Error message was being truncated. The header can now be widened.

2) When right clicking on Display Error message a copy message option is now available.

When a Return Assessment is linked to a previous encounter the software will now update the Date Stay Began from the link ID rather than the encounter ID.

When intervention start time and end times have been entered with actual times the duration calculates correctly. However, if the Intervention start time or Intervention End time or both were changed to 9999 it retained the original value in duration which should have changed to 9999. This issue has been corrected.

The Enter Key on the keyboard was not functioning correctly in the pop-up messages. This has been fixed, and the Enter Key can now be used to close the window or select Yes.

The Ambulatory Registration Number was not auto-generatingwhen facility number was defaulted. This has been corrected so if the auto-generate encounter number feature is turned on, it will now work when facility number is defaulted.

Report Manager will now show IRRS report in IRRS module

The NRS error “if (52A) = 3 on Admission, then (52A) must =1 or 2 on Discharge” was generating even when the correct value was entered,and selecting F11 was the only way to clear it. This has been fixed and the messagewill now clear without having to select F11.

The Follow Up in the NRS Submissions had the wrong file length.  This has been corrected. 

Custom edits created via EMT will now populate with field values from the abstract as expected.

In NACRS Level 0 Submissions, under Edit Library Verify, when Both is selected (system and custom edits) it showed no valid records where there were valid records.  This issue has been resolved. 

The zzPatientLink field has been added into the  Central_Patient_Address_VR.

Incorrect hard Edits were generating for R4 Discharged to Facility Number in non-applicable assessments. This issue has been resolved.
